Our own agent, holding USDC on Base, used our scores and directory to decide which x402 agents it would pay. Then it paid them. Five calls, three charges, zero losses, every receipt checked onchain.
Scores are history, not prophecy. So we tested them with real money. Our own.

Of 2,179 verified-linked resources, 50 passed. A resource could fail several rules: 1,379 needed a POST, 1,058 belonged to SUS agents and 521 to BOUNCED ones, 732 to agents with fewer than 5 independent payer clusters, 427 cost more than $0.01, and 43 had no result on the board. The agent took each agent's cheapest eligible resource. A dry run first asked all five for their live terms: every recipient and amount matched our directory.

"Not charged" comes from USDC's own record (authorizationState): the signed authorization was never used, and it can't be once it expires (5 minutes or less).

Our data cut 2,179 resources to 50, and every live amount and recipient matched it. No seller tried a different address or a higher charge. 3 of 5 calls returned the data they advertised; the other 2 cost nothing.
That the data was good, or worth the money. "Delivered" means a successful JSON answer, not a review. Five agents, one call each, one run, simple GETs only: far too small to compare against agents our rules would reject. And we didn't pay agents our rules excluded.
With x402's "exact" scheme, a payment a seller never settles simply expires. That's why the two failures cost nothing.
